Part of the 2021-2022 Film Series - Systemsprenger: Rebels and Revolutionaries in German Cinema

The Department of German Studies is pleased to present our 2021-22 Film Series, "Systemsprenger: Rebels and Revolutionaries in German Cinema." This year we are screening six films from different eras. In the fall semester, we showed three biopics portraying the lives of revolutionary figures from German history. In the spring semester, we are excited to return to in-person screenings with three films that depict different forms of resistance against the status quo. All films are shown with English subtitles. Spring screenings take place in Jiménez 0220 at 7pm.
