The Korean Language Program at the University of Maryland consists of KORA 101 , KORA 102, KORA 201, and KORA 202. Our language program is a 2-year sequence of skills courses, to include speaking, reading, writing, and culture, with expansion to third-year Korean a future possibility.  Before registering, students new to the program need to take the college’s online Foreign Language Placement Assessment, the FLPA (https://www.arhu.umd.edu/undergraduate/flpa).
