Roshan Institute celebrates Rumi's 815th Birthday

Join us on September 18 for poetry, music, creativity, and community!
Roshan Institute for Persian Studies at the University of Maryland is pleased to announce our first in-person event since Spring 2020! We will gather to celebrate the 815th birthday of beloved poet Rumi and commemorate his life and work through poetry readings, multimedia exhibitions, and live music. We especially look forward to introducing new undergraduate and graduate members of the Persian Studies program to our community members. All are welcome to join the celebration!
