SLLC Commencement 2023
Graduates: Please let us know that you are attending via the form (also sent to your email). Your guests should be seated by 3pm.
Families: Parking is first come first serve and is free on commencement days. The closest parking to the Clarice is Stadium Drive Garage and Lots 1b and Z. Link to parking and directions. A reception will follow in the Riggs Alumni Center which is located very near to the Clarice.
All graduates along with their advisors will meet at 2:45 pm in the Robing Room. Look for signs that point to the SLLC Robing Room. (to the right as you enter the Clarice)
COMMENCEMENT PROGRAM FOR SPRING 2023
Please note:
1. At 3:15 pm, faculty and graduates will line up by language and in alphabetical order.
2. At 3:25 pm, faculty and students will process into the Dekelboum Theatre where you will be seated with other candidates from your department.
3. Graduating Students and Faculty will not be allowed to carry any bags into the ceremony. If you have any bag they will have to remain in the robing room, or given to your guests in advance.
4. Please urge your guests to be seated approximately by 3:15 pm if they wish to observe the student and faculty processional.
5. If you are hearing impaired and need an interpreter or require any other special assistance, please contact Disability Support Services at 301-314-7682.
