Please join Roshan Institute for Persian Studies for a live screening of "Father, Daughter and the Immortal Song: A Story of One Woman's Fight for Liberation, Justice and Equality," attended by Director/Producer Sogand Seirafi. This film tells the story of two family members: Malek o'Shoara Bahar, a neoclassical Iranian poet, and his daughter, Parvaneh Bahar, who marched with MLK Jr. in the American civil rights movement. After the film, there will be a Q&A session with the director.
