From Bahía de Caráquez, Ecuador. Noelia studied for her bachelor’s degree in Literature and Editing at Universidad de las Artes (Guayaquil). She started volunteering at A Mano Manaba Foundation, where she remains a collaborator supporting their work in education and gender equality in the community of Don Juan. She studied for her master’s degree in Pedagogy of National and Foreign Languages at Universidad Casa Grande (Guayaquil) while working as a reading mediator for the project Tambos de lectura by OEI and the Plan Nacional del Libro y la Lectura José de la Cuadra.
