Abstract: Do you feel anxious or unsure about your career pathways as a graduate student? Wherever you are in your graduate program, come to this session for SLA graduate students to learn more about concrete steps you can take to make yourself more career-ready. In this session, Dr. Yi Hao from the UMD Graduate School will share a suggested timeline for graduate students and discuss job markets for academic and professional careers. She will also introduce you to a career development framework that will help you identify your next steps and resources available through the Graduate School.
