We had a long winter, made all the more troubling with the COVID news, at times overwhelming. But we have emerged into the daylight of the spring and the summer. Congratulations on a successful survival and on not losing sight of your goals. This graduation is all the more special for the added difficulties you all overcame. I'll share with you the words of two Persian mystics on darkness and light as a gift I hope you will cherish.
