Japanese Minor

This 15-credit minor recognizes students who have undertaken a concentrated study of the language, literature/culture, and linguistics of Japan.

Note: Students with prior experience in Japanese must take the appropriate Foreign Language Placement Test (FLPT) and consult with the Japanese Minor Advisor: Jyana Browne.

Notes:
- At least nine of the 15 hours required for the minor must be at the 300-level or above
- No more than 6 of the 15 credits toward the minor may transferred from Study Abroad.
