General Purpose Technology Enhanced Classrooms In Jimenez Hall

As of Fall '15 all General Purpose Technology Classrooms in Jimenez Hall are tech equipped:

CITL does not schedule Technology Classrooms. Faculty should schedule their class through their department. All other scheduling for Tech Classrooms is handled through the Campus Scheduling Office (x4-8243).

Language Technology Classroom

Online Schedule (via Google calendar)

The CITL Collaborative Classroom (JMZ 1205) is a multimedia instructional facility equipped with 5 Cloud based collaborative workstations and one faculty workstation. Students can work in small groups at five 55 inch monitors connected to cloud based pcs or connect their own laptops to the monitor to share their work. The faculty workstation display can be projected onto a large overhead screen via ceiling projector. Laptop displays can also be displayed similarly when connected to the system via VGA cable(If you use a mac laptop it is likely that it does not have a VGA port. You will need the requisite adaptor for your machine. LMS is not responsible for providing adaptors) A VCR is also available for display from the ceiling projector.

As of February 2008 Non SLLC departments will be charged a fee to use the ATT lab. The ATT lab is funded and supported by the School of Languages Literatures and Cultures and the charges accrued by NON SLLC courses will go towards support and upkeep of the lab. FOOD AND DRINKS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THIS ROOM. If you have a food or beverage item in the lab, we will immediately ask you to dispose of it or consume it outside the lab. 

The web browsers in the lab have the capability to view non-Roman characters, but we require prior notice before your scheduled class period to make the necessary configuration changes. The keyboards in the lab are set up as US International. 

Please ask our office for assistance if you require a different keyboard setting.
